Graduation Ceremony: Royal International School launches magazine, urges people to be peaceful

The Deputy Chief Imam, Jama'a Central Mosque in Kafanchan, Jema'a local government area of Kaduna state Alhaji Muhammad Kabir Qassim has stated that peace cannot be compromised in any society for meaningful development to be achieved.

Qassim made the statement as Guest Speaker while presenting a paper titled: "Education, an Ingredient for Peaceful Coexistence", at the Royal International School, Kafanchan during school's graduation ceremony and launching of her maiden magazine, "Royalty ".

The cleric observed that, peace brings development to nations, owing to the fact that disunity and disorderliness cannot move any society forward, adding that education plays a vital role in enhancing peace and mutual respect.

He then appealed to policy makers to develop religious education in schools which will go a long way in developing pupils morals.

In his keen address, the Emir of Jama'a Alhaji (Dr) Muhammad Isa Muhammad II urged all parents to strive hard in giving their children quality education.

The Emir, who was represented by the Sarkin Gandun Jama'a Alhaji Suleiman Isa, said quality education is the solid bedrock of any kind of development.

He then commended the management for establishing a good school in his emirate, and urged them to continue their hardworking of producing excellent pupils in the environment.

Earlier, the school proprietor, Mr Joel Adegboyenga thanked God for the success of the occasion which has justified the reason for the founding of the school, provision of quality education and uniting children of Kafanchan and it's environs irrespective of any differences.

He also reiterated the readiness of the management to continue to do everything possible in taking the area to another level in educational development.

While thanking the participants that graced the occasion, he also appealed to them not to relent in providing needful assistance to the school.
